I am a Manufacturing Operations Specialist and an Industrial Engineer with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and a passion for continuous improvement and data-driven solutions. I have a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from National Taipei University of Technology and I am currently pursuing a master's degree in the same field at Texas A&M University. At DuPont, I applied my industrial engineering skills and tools to optimize the CMP pads production line, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and solve key areas of inefficiency. Using Fishbone diagrams, PFMEA, DOE, and SAS JMP, I conducted root cause analysis, risk evaluation, process refinement, and data visualization, leading to a 3.6% reduction in out-of-specification rates and a 2.9% increase in overall equipment effectiveness across the entire process. I also developed a comprehensive Value Stream Mapping template to streamline and enhance workflows and presented findings and recommendations to senior management, driving actionable insights and fostering a culture of proactive problem-solving. Previously, I worked as a Computer Aided Design Engineer at Saint Island intellectual property group, where I specialized in illustrations for various types of patent applications, such as semiconductors, mechanical utility drawings, and microphotographs, using SolidWorks and AutoCAD. I am eager to expand my knowledge and skills and explore new opportunities in the field of industrial engineering.
