• Liaise with engineering regarding the BOM and Technical information. • To source and liaise with overseas vendors from China, US, UK and etc. for the NPI build project.• Work closely with customer & project team to plan delivery schedule and engineering changes in production. • Work with Supply Chain Member on scheduling to ensure materials are clear to build for production execution.• Performs supply chain functions such as material procurement, demand planning, inventory control.• Support Production for Work Order release & scheduling • Plan materials to support NPI, resolve material shortages and quality issues• Generate the daily report for review and support purchasing departments.• Monitor supplier on-time delivery to meet the production schedule.

Tuas

• Head project meetings to collect information pertaining to projects.• Ensuring that supplier deliver the parts accordingly to the committed date.• Cost review for improvement and efficient management of supply chain.• Liaise with engineering regarding to the BOM and Technical information.• Co-ordinate Inventory movement between warehouse to ensure sufficient level & optimize space utilization.• To source and liaise with overseas vendors from China, Taiwan, US, UK and etc.• Responsible for shipment matters• Create monthly performance reviews and reports focusing on overall sourcing requirements.• Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.

Tuas

• Ensure orders & shipments from suppliers will meet customers’ expectation.• Perform system transactions for proper inventory records.• Keep internal customers updated with delivery information.• Perform stock reconciliation.• Provide procurement support which include services and equipment sourcing to achieve competitive pricing• Ensure timely delivery of purchases and services Manage PR/ PO processing throughout the purchasing cycle• Perform other duties as assigned• Perform stock reconciliation.

Woodlands

• Coordinator to plan and monitor manufacturing, materials and capacity constraints while maintaining a realistic schedule.• Plan the flow of material and work order for respective jobs.• Working with Purchasing and Warehouse by utilizing existing materials.• Consider cost, quality and on-time delivery to undertake make / buy decisions effectively• Raise material requisition in advance and monitor the delivery status to ensure that the order is on-time.• Monitor and report progress of project/job implementation, highlight issues and constraints affecting cost, quality and on-time delivery and recommend solutions/alternatives to Client Coordinator.• Responsible for weekly or periodic job reporting internally
