Second year ( 2010 ) ,as a chief engineer of software and firmware, I found it's not enough to manage the quality of all products. I started to unify all processors of our products to STM32 Cortex M3 series. For keeping the quality of firmware programming,I created a framework for STM32 with non-OS environment. This framework helps our engineers access I/O,interrupts,timers just by my APIs and supports the function of automatic speed switching for suppressing the power consumption. The power consumption of the MCU at 72MHz could be down to 0.5mA / 3.3V.Third year (2011),for the advance issue of power consumption,I created a architecture with pair of MCUs which runs at 2MHz ~ 8MHz ( Low Speed ) and 72MHz ( High Speed ) and a circuit of power reservoir for keeping the current we sink stability . In the same year,I got a command for creating a new division which is named "Technology Center". There were me and another chief engineer of hardware in TC. I got promotion as "Chief Project Leader of Technology Center".Fourth year (2012),TC starts to develop Wired/Wireless Industrial Devices(ZigBee), 26GHz Radar Level Meter, MMS ( SCADA Software ). For the mission,I started to interview and manage engineers from different professions ( RF / Mechanical / Hardware / Software / Firmware ). There were 10 engineers in TC.Fifth year (2013),TC keeps growing with the success of products and started to develop new product series of flow meter. There were 16 engineers in TC. For the advance research of the measurement technology,I started to keep studying in National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST).In 2014,there're more then 20 people in TC.
