I am a dedicated and passionate psychologist with a Ph.D. in Counselling Psychology. I am committed to supporting individuals on their journey to mental and emotional wellness. With over 15 years of experience in the field, I have had the privilege of working with diverse individuals facing diverse challenges.My therapeutic approach is integrative though it tends towards the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I emphasize a collaborative and yet individualized journey toward wellness with my clients. I have had the privilege of working with various groups of people; addressing issues regarding adverse childhood experiences, trauma, stress management, employee assistance programmes as well as individual and group therapy.When I am not working, you will find me with a great book , travelling or enjoying good music.
