Technical Professional - Associate
• Design and provide cementing solutions, proposals and programs for land, swamp, HPHT, coil tubing operations to meet customer specifications.• Perform job calculations, design of cement slurries ensuring relevant laboratory testing meets the standard, hydraulic simulation (iCem, Landmark WellPlan), temperature simulation (Landmark WellCat), plan job execution and apply best practices.• Assess complex cementing engineering challenges and effectively resolve same by engaging all stakeholders local and region in the decision-making process.• Increase market share by proffering superior solutions to customer’s challenges thereby maintaining our contracts and establishing new ones with clients. • Prepare forecast for cement, chemicals and casing equipment required for all wells.• Make Technical / Sales Presentations to customers on new products and solutions. • Internally review / document lessons learned and produce post job reports ensuring operational lessons are captured, recorded and correctly validated. • Facilitate Critical Well Reviews• Prepare business cases to confirm business profitability
