⦁ Strategically plan logistics, create content and execute an average of 20 events a year that may include an annual gala of 500+ guests, donor dinners of 12-70 guests, seminars, industry roundtables, and community events ranging from 40-700 guests in outdoor spaces and indoor venues, for a wide range of diverse audiences.⦁ Coordinate with multiple vendors and artists pre-event and onsite including but not limited to: catering, design, tent and equipment rentals, DJ, lighting and AV, performers, restrooms, National Park Service permit office and more.⦁ Manage staff and volunteer recruitment and training, guest RSVP and onsite registration⦁ Analyze post-event success and assess opportunities for improvement⦁ Communicate consistently as point of contact with major gift donors, vendors and other partners⦁ Collaborate with Communications and Graphic Design team for marketing and promotions collateral⦁ Maintain budget for events and coordinate with Accounting team for payment processes and contractsSkills: Donor Engagement · Event Production · Event Designing · Marketing Event Planning · Large Scale Events
