Development and Implementation of Community Urban Farming Membership Program- Develop a revenue model for flagship farms with the scopes of Client Management, Promotion, Recruitment and Farm Management- Monitor and refine the model (service offerings) to improve and iterate for success2. Customer Relationship / Experience Lead- Review and monitor customer touch-points for both B2C and B2B, and determine Standard Operating Procedure for improving customer / client engagement3. Urban Farm Project Management- Oversee daily operations of urban farms4. Workshops & Events Organization- Plan, organize and execute public B2C workshops, events around urban farming and food-related themes for the defined target audiences with the support of Project Managers / Farmers as instructors- Centrally develop new workshop offerings to the potential clients, and develop new urban farm engagement programs to be implemented in B2B and B2C projects5.
