• Supervision and coordination of assigned resources to ensure execution of annual Supervisory Program approved by the Watch Structure of the Italian high risk Subsidiaries to guarantee adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls implemented in compliance with provision of Legislative Decree 231/2001;• upholding relationships with the Watch Structures of the Italian subsidiaries;• ensure consolidation of relevant information for preparation of periodic reports to submit to Eni SpA top management and the Watch Structures;• provide relevant specialized support to other units of the Internal Audit Department to take into account synergies between audits and supervisory activities

• Senior team leader of operational taudits in Eni subsidiaries and branches (60% travel) with particular focus on exploration and development Upstream projects.• Coordination of assigned audit team to ensure completion of tasks within approved time and budget, providing specialist support to top managemen with regards to internal control system, and risk management to facilitate effectiveness, efficiency and integration of controls in company processes.• Reporting on the effectiveness of Internal Control System and follow up on Management Action Plan.

• Integrated internal auditing activities in Eni subsidiaries and branches (operational, compliance, anti-bribery, 231 [60% travel])

• Leading preparation of installation engineering documentation for activities of pipe-laying, shore pull, tie-ins and spools installation including: - follow-up to whole approval process of installation engineering documentation interfacing with Client, Local Authorities, Marine Warranty Surveyor; - preparation of technical queries and concession requests as needed by Project; - review of contractor technical documents, procedures assuring compliance with project requirements; - perform technical evaluations of the received offers and participate in the technical clarification meetings with procurement department and Subcontractors; - participation in design reviews at suppliers and customers locations to ensure compliance with contractual specifications and the application of international rules.

• Member of Engineering team on offshore pipe – lay barge responsible for: - supervising all the installation activities on board vessel (pipe laying, shore-pulls, above water tie-ins, pre-commissioning) ensuring compliance with international standards, project procedures and drawings;- interfacing with Client Rep, project team and engineering office; - providing engineering support to the barge Superintendent and Captain, developing calculations, drawings, method statements and management of change requests; - contributing to prepare all procedures and drawings for installation campaign; - preparation of procurement plan for materials and equipment required for the project execution; - providing engineering support for fabrication activities during winter repair season.

• Working as Onshore Project Engineer at Atyrau (KZ) responsible for: - daily support to offshore installation activities; - Contract management and administration of contractors and subcontractors ensuring Time & Cost in-line with Company budget; - Key role for interfacing with Client, field engineers onboard and Head Quarter engineering office; - Providing technical and operational support for installation operations; - Managing the as-build survey data, assessing acceptance to compliance with Client master criteria.
