- Responsible of the relationships with the institutional donors and agencies funding projects in emergency, development and migration area (average of annual budget supervised: 14 million euro);- Lead of the Projects & Grants Division (6 people) to develop funding strategy and programming;- Coordination of the team composed by desk managers in charge of the elaboration of project proposals to be submitted to institutional donors (mainly ECHO, INTPA, UNHCR, AICS, OCHA) and projects management in line with EMERGENCY’s procedures and priorities;- Supervision of all institutional funding programme but taking the direct responsibility of the projects and grants in the emergency area, mainly in Afghanistan, Iraq, Yemen. - Technical support to in – country staff and supervision of the Grant Managers working in the field; - Attending and representing EMERGENCY in coordination fora with NGOs, national and international institutions; - Support in the analysis and surveys of the new interventions and accountable to develop project proposal for the opening of new projects/missions; - Support the HR office in the recruiting and training of expatriate personnel.

- Responsible of the funding programme strategy for the projects in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libia, Yemen, Sierra Leone, Sudan;- Proposal developing, reporting and partnership follow-up; - Supervision of Grant Manager in-country, or direct management of projects funded by institutional donors (mainly ECHO, EuropeAid, UNHCR, OCHA, AICS, WHO, DFID). - Ensuring monitoring and follow-up to development and emergency health interventions with frequent monitoring/evaluation missions in countries.

- Responsible of the programme administration and finance; - Monitoring and control of the financial systems;- Management of the funded project;- Constant monitoring and the correct implementation of the project’s activities defined in the project documentation, verifying the eventual changes (chronogram, activity and budget);- Production of the necessary documentation for activities, indicators and monitoring sources in the phases of implementation and evaluation (internal and external);- Ensuring that all departments involved correctly implement the administrative procedures requested by the donor (purchasing management, supplies, stock and inventory, invoices and accounting, etc.);- Preparation of the internal and technical-narrative reports requested by donors

Assessment in Al Wawel refugee camp to plan an intervention in response to the Syrian refugee crisis. Deliverable: assessment report and preparation of three project proposals to AICS, Unicef and Hancourt Foundation.

- Representing the organization in front of donors, local authorities, partners and different fora; - Need assessment visits, identification of new interventions and funding opportunities in human rights and education sector;- Management of project funded by ILO within the Private Sector Development Programme. Main tasks: capacity building of local actors, internal and external reporting, supervision of administration and finance.

Project management, coordination and reporting “Farah Lebanon: Recreational activities, community mobilization and children rights in Beeka region” funded by Unicef. Main tasks: internal and external reporting, human resources recruitment and management, liaison with local authorities, donors and partners, identification of new funding opportunities, capacity-building of local partners, activities’ monitoring and evaluation.
