REA.A2 - MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships - Ensure the evaluation and selection of projects; timely prepare grant agreements - Ensure the follow-up of project implementation, the performance of project coordinators and beneficiaries; monitor contractual obligations - Ensure the delivery of exploitable results as well as the valorisation of project outcomes. - Analyse and assess the results and impact of the programme and its projects, provide feedback, make suggestions for modifications. - Extract and disseminate best practices and present the programme and its projects; facilitate exchange of experiences and participate in the design, writing, production and editing of documents/ reports. - Disseminate the results of the projects via presentations, articles, conference papers, workshops, seminars, publications, conferences and other events.

Policy coordination, inter-institutional relations, communication unit (EAC.01),coordinator for inter-institutional relations, ensuring the smooth functioning of relations with the European Parliament, Council of Europe, National Parliaments, and contact point for Creative Europe 2021-2027 negotiations, advising and supporting the Director General and the Cabinet on Parliament issues;Cultural policy (EAC.D1), responsible for policy development and monitoring, events'organisation, inter-institutional and stakeholders' relations for the European Year of Cultural Heritage 2018;Policy coordination, inter-institutional relations, communication unit (EAC.01),coordinator for inter-institutional relations, ensuring the smooth functioning of relations with the Council and rotating Presidency, advising and supporting the Director General and the Cabinet on Council issues.

Assisting the work of the youth, volunteer solidarity and traineeship unit (EAC.B3), and contribute to youth outreach EU policies: European Solidarity Corps, EU Youth Week.

Building networks with relevant stakeholders in Brussels and beyond while promoting Luiss university at EU level; Positioning Luiss in relevant initiatives and strenghtening collaborations with key stakeholders;Leading the strategic developments of events in Brussels; Monitoring of Brussels-based internships and job opportunities for Luiss graduates and students; Supporting the management of the Luiss alumni chapter in Brussels.

Monitoring news and media and updating social and digital platforms of UNRIC;Assisting in communications activities, as the dissemination of UN content, researching and compiling articles for monthly newsletters, translation of official documents from the UN headquarter.

Organising and attending ECRN events and meetings; Monitoring news and media and reporting on relevant EU policies, national and regional issues and other initiatives that are of interest to the chemical regions; Compiling content and updates on EU policy developments for a newsletter; Preparing internal and external publications and assisting in other communication activities; Participating in conferences, seminars and workshops related to ECRN interests.
