Strong communication attitude and versatility are the basis of more than 18 years of work experience, mainly built in marketing and communication roles in the luxury watch industry.After a decade of experience in different roles related to trade marketing, communication and team training, strategic business changes over the last years and have allowed me to delve deeper into retail marketing and become passionate about it. I recently accepted a new challenge in sales as Area Manager, enriching my career path with sales skills.Attention to the needs of the end customer, motivational approach to sales teams and integration of marketing and sales skills in analysing and managing context and achieving KPIS are my priorities.I love team sports and firmly believe in the saying 'when the team is great, sky it's limit': just as each wheel of a clock contributes to smooth running, sharing motivation, information and goals, even the most difficult challenges can be overcome by a cohesive team.
