Ca' Foscari Challenge School is the business school of Ca' Foscari University dedicated to lifelong education. In this role, I contributed to the growth of CFCS, conducting market analysis, defining ist brand identity, drawing up marketing strategy, planning CRM automated processes, collecting and monitoring data, enlarging the stakeholders network and CFCS community. My interest in innovation lead me to the adoption of new technologies and practices to reach successfully the objectives, and shape a powerful and efficient education environment.

DVRI is the Reserach and Innovation district of Ca' Foscari University. With a particular interest in innovation and its linkage between reaserch, in my role, I was dedicated to: the development of innovative cultural projects centered on Art&Science relationship, the etabilishment of institutional relationships and purposeful networks, the execution of projects of common interest for collective benefits and activities of fundraising, the organization of events, round tables and community building activities, the realization of Science Gallery Venice, the competition planning (e.g. Fondazione Italiana Accenture), the management support for University Executive Masters (i.g. Master in Digital & Design Strategy Innovation), the implementation of communication strategies, the drafting of activities for DVRI publications, the budgeting activities.

Birmingham

During my internship experience (Leonardo Project) at the European Research Institute in Birmingham I cultivate institutional relationships and developed extensive networks, resulting in successful collaborations with national and international partners for impactful multi-partner projects. I organize prestigious events and conferences, notably the International Conference in Liverpool, elevating the institute's reputation. I also contribute to the publications in the Postgraduate Journal and with my planning and project management aptitude I advanced the institute's initiatives, contributing to its overall success in fostering innovation and growth.
