With the help of skilled professionals and teachers she developped an innovative plan of study in 2003, with the reform of the Bachelor's degree, obtains recognition and leads to the transformation of the SSIT, School for Language Mediators ( www.mediazionelinguistica.it ) , a University College which is recognized and esteemed on a national level. In recent years she has always worked in marketing and communications in all 5 locations where there are different schools of the Esedra Group ( www.esedrascuole.it ; www.esedraformazione.it ; www.europeanschool.it ; www.istitutibenedettocroce.it ) . In the years that followed different types of training courses at SDA Bocconi, on human resource management, managing a team , service companies sales , working in a' family business, and also at the associations ( ANINSEI , AIDAF )have led to a specialisation in the planning of ' educational offers . In recent years she has also played the role of manager of the private schools . Since 2005 , together with capable staff ,she dedicated her time to opening of 'Il Cucciolo', a Nursery and Preschool School in Lucca which, thanks to the high quality levels achieved, obtained official recognition by the 'comune' of Lucca. (www.scuolebilinguedilucca.it) . After the consolidation of these two activities in 2012- 13 she launched of the first bilingual primary school Lucca (www.scuolebilinguedilucca.it) . The innovative project that carries out the Italian the ministerial programme 50% in English and 50 % in Italian has staff with over 16 years of experience in the teaching sector.
