As a Head of Finance, of #1 media brand for entire generations of women, my responsibilities were:- Managing the preparation of the Monthly Business Reporting for the Management and the Shareholders;- Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Payroll, Financial and Accounting functions;- Managing Legal & Risk Management;- Ensure that all tax obligations are processed according to the requirements and the deadlines set by tax law.- Managing the External Auditor relationship and ensuring the organization is compliant with accounting standards;- Managing the relationship with banks;- Coordinate and manage relationships with the administrative structure of the Subsidiaries in Spain, ensuring the adoption and full compliance of HQ directives;- Lead and manage the Finance team in Italy and Spain

As a Head of Administration I worked on implementation of the administrative and financial department of the company in the start-up phase:- Implementation and management of all administrative processes of companies including account payable, account receivable, budgeting and reporting, treasury and legal;- Closing of the Annual Financial Statement;- Managing the relationship with the external consultant of the company and banks;- Support the top management in the funding process and manage the due diligence.
