I'm a lively and outgoing person. Teaching to all age idividuals in the school where I currently work has strongly developed my communication skills. I've helped a lot of people regaining their confidence in learning, including dyslexic children, identifying the right method for each of them. I like creating an energetic working environment and building strong relationships with the people I'm working with.I focus on understading people's needs and mind by actively listening and consequently structuring specific programmes in order to help people achieving the best. I'm creative, dynamic and unconventionally professional.I can make boring or uncomfortable topics fun to discuss or deal with, soothing them with humour.In 2 years I've had more than 60 students, confirming and enhancing the school reputation thanks to numerous positive feedbacks from my students. I'm deeply committed in pushing myself in order to achieve excellent results in everything I do. I'd love to have the chance of working in other fields so to increase my experience and broaden my knowledge. Thanks to rockclimbing I've learnt to handle difficulties with perspective, never loosing control.
