As part of the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding structure, I am responsible for the E2E management of the recruiting process:- definition of job description, banding and packaging- identification of recruiting channels- screening and interview planning- management of interviews and administration of tests (technical, psychometric) and selection tests (role play, business case, video interviews)- formulation and negotiation of economic proposalsImportant projects:- Creation of the new Broadband management for the launch of Sky Wifi: in relation to this project I play the role of PMO for the recruiting structure, in addition to the selection activities.- Implementation of a new operating model for IT management with the hiring of about 80 new colleagues.- Reorganization of the Customer Care Department: the project, still in progress, involves 2 phases:· Introduction of new figures with coordination functions through an internal job posting campaign that involved over 300 colleagues;· Recruiting CRM advisor profiles for the Cagliari office; this selection allowed me to participate in the design of the selection process, including the definition of the skill set for the Hogan Configure test that we are using to screen the over 2000 applications received.- Participation in internal HR projects: update the recruiting tool and "Work with us" section on the company website - I regularly collaborate with the Employer Branding team for updating for social campaigns
