As a Shopping Experience Manager at IKEA, my mission is to elevate the customer journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience both in-store and online. In addition to my primary role, I lead the Småland team, focusing on creating a safe and fun environment for our youngest visitors. I collaborate across departments to refine the shopping environment, optimize operations, and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Leveraging customer feedback and data analytics, I drive initiatives that boost sales and align with IKEA's brand values. My focus is on fostering an inviting atmosphere that not only meets but exceeds customer expectations, ensuring they leave with a positive impression and a desire to return.

Besides my studies at the University of St. Gallen, I work part-time at IKEA. I work at Smaland, which is the childcare of the IKEA store. At the same time, it is my responsibility to greet the customers at the entrance and help them with their ongoing questions. Furthermore, I support my team leader with the analysis and preparation of the customer feedback data on a monthly basis.

I had the honor to organize the 50 Years IKEA Switzerland Co-Worker Party. Together with my team, we planned and executed an unforgettable celebration for nearly 2000 IKEA co-workers from IKEA.

At WZW Optic AG, I worked on administrative topics in different departments. For one year, I supported the departments accounting, sales office, secretary's office, purchasing, human resources and production in their day-to-day tasks. Besides getting to know how to work in a team and learn about time management as well as responsibility, I also gained a lot of knowledge in Microsoft Office.
