Part of this included strategic input into project initiation from a business development perspective. My role entailed growing and maintaining good client relationships through preliminary project discussions.My time at Praekelt also allowed me to introduce a structured process for building funding proposals and collaborate on proposal cost estimates. Of significant importance was the ability to collaborate across project teams (project managers, service designers, engineers) to present a consistent, viable proposal to our funders that met their technological needs for social impact.
