- Management and optimization of campaigns;- Activating, monitoring and optimization of campaigns on main Advertising Platform;- Troubleshooting: identify and fix every possible issues of delivery and tracking;- Give tech support for creation, checking and integration of campaigns materials;- Always in contact with the Project Manager with the aim to support clients during the period of the campaign;- Supervising campaigns to completely satisfy the client’s requests.

- Management and optimization of campaigns budget;- Activating, monitoring and optimization of campaigns on main Advertising Platform;- Troubleshooting: identify and fix every possible issues of delivery and tracking;- Give tech support for creation, checking and integration of campaigns materials;- Always in contact with Sales Account Manager and Project Manager with the aim to support clients and media agencies during the period of the campaign;- Supervising campaigns to completely satisfy the client’s requests;- Management of relationships with Publishers with the aim to give them support and assistance;- Support the Publisher Manager during the integration of new publisher (follow all steps during pre and post integration phases)- Definition and realization of Final Reports about the campaign;- Support to Product and R&D Areas for testing and bug fixing activities;- Contact point between Ad Operations Manager and Publishers to propose new development features aiming at guaranteeing Publishers well-being in the network;

- Working alongside the social media manager to generate new ideas for social content to drive communications;- Planning social content and maintaining the content calendar ensuring social media content is regular, relevant and engaging;- Writing engaging copy for use on relevant social media platforms;- Writing blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials for social media channels;- Creating, managing and growing the client’s presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online properties;- Engaging with Fans and Followers to build relationships with the community and encourage engagement;- Using Google Analytics and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives;- Weekly reporting on social media engagements within the community;- Monitoring the success of the community and of social media in terms of the overall marketing strategy;- Liaising with internal stakeholders to relay customer feedback insights gained from online conversations within the community.
