She got her Bachelor Degree in Aerospace Engineering on December 2017 discussing the thesis "Damage identification through Wavelet analysis" in Applied Mechanics.She attended as an auditor (from April 2019 to May 2020, also succeeding in all the written and oral exams) to the Quantum Information classes from the "Optics and Quantum Information" master while being a master degree student; she then graduated cum laude in Nanotechnology Engineering on October 2021 discussing the thesis "Optical Vortex Scanning Microscope: description and applications" in Microscopies and Nano-characterization Techniques.On November 2021 she won the scholarship of the PhD program "Mathematical Models for Engineering, Electromagnetics and Nanosciences" (Electromagnetics) in the department of Basic and Applied Sciences to Engineering in La Sapienza, University of Rome. The PhD program aims to exploit two spectroscopy techniques, such as Raman spectroscopy and PhotoLuminescence, to their maximum performances in the nanometer range thanks to localized surface plasmons resonance phenomenon. In other words, Tip-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (TERS) and Tip-Enhanced PhotoLuminescence (TEPL). This program involves of course also the large employment of Atomic Force Microscopes. In order to fulfil this purpose, two application fields have been chosen: strain detection and identification in doped-silicon thin layers and photoluminescence activities of Transition Metal Dichalcogenides (TMDs) monolayers.
