• Gestione di runoff; • Analisi delle polizze e verifica della operatività delle stesse;• Valutazione, verifica e modifica periodica delle riserve da apporre ai sinistri;• Redazione report e pareri sui singoli sinistri in inglese, implementazione DB e compilazione del diario in lingua;• Negoziazioni con le controparti e transazioni;• Predisposizione quietanze e pagamenti;• Redazione lettera di incarico per fiduciari (legali, esperti, medici, commercialisti);• Valutazione dell’opportunità di procedere a recupero, rivalsa o regresso e redazione delle relative diffide.

• Istruzione, valutazione ed approvazione di primo e secondo livello delle richieste di ammissione alla garanzia prevista dal Fondo Mutui Prima Casa (art. 1 co.48, lett. C L.143/2013); • Assistenza agli istituti di credito accreditati circa la corretta istruzione delle pratiche di accesso al Fondo;• Monitoraggio andamento delle richieste di intervento in garanzia in caso di inadempimento dei beneficiari (attivazione e sospensione della garanzia).

• Technical-legal assessment of claims. Support loss adjusters in the correct compensation of claimants. Analysis of the conditions socio-economic debtor. Private and company assistance in pre-litigation and litigation; management of complaints, conciliations (Corecom, Authority) and disputes between customers and merchants in the field of indemnity and compensation for contractual and non-contractual damages;• Drawing up opinions, deeds and contracts.
