CurrentEnsured that programmes are delivered in line with relevant international standards, best practice and appropriate to the context in emergency, nexus and development settings (ECW in Burkina Faso, Bangladesh and CAR, Irish Aid grant in 6 countries);Ensured continuous and relevant communication between Plan International Ireland and Plan Country Offices (CO) regarding project technical challenges and CO solution approaches; Ensured quality technical advice into the design of education concept notes and full proposals:• Civil Society Empowerment for Action (E4A) – Lot 2 Education (INTPA)• Human Rights and Democracy & Support to Civil Society in Nigeria – Lot 4 Education (INTPA) • Appel à Projets Crise et Sortie de crise, Appui à la scolarisation des populations vulnérables en Mambéré-Kadéi (AFD)• Programme pluriannuel de résilience de l’ECW en République Centrafricaine ; Ensured technical quality in project implementation and synergies between different projects/donors;Contributed towards staff training and organisational learning in designated CO;Provided mentoring to CO to ensure quality delivery of education programmes;Assisted CO to develop case studies and briefing papers to be shared with communications, fundraising, business development and implementation teams;Capitalized on the results of different projects, and in particular reviewed evaluation reports (technical or cross-cutting)Supported the M&E teams into the design and improvement of assessment and evaluation; Revised qualitative tools to be used for qualitative data collection, including the relative guidelines; Represented Plan to donors to deal with their related inquiries in relation to Education.
