Here are some words about my story. During my twenty-year experience in the corporate communication sector, I have dealt with all the range of external communication activities - media relations, event organization, thinking, designing and writing contents, drafting of atl and btl materials, management of websites and social networks, working on marketing initiatives – and internal comms – writing announcements, organizing town halls, team building initiatives and broadly speaking creating a culture of shared goals and values.Trying to identify my professional steps with some keywords, my first experience in a Public Relation agency was all about media relation: writing a piece of news, finding the right angle-stories for different audiences and managing the relationship with journalists.Afterwards, I spent ten years in Falck Group, an Italian energy company, where I specialized on B2B communication, with a focus on financial comms. Moreover, by working on energy plants in Italy, France and UK, I learnt to manage the local communities comms needs and to manage crisis situations. From 2013 to 2019 I was in charge of communication and marketing for Marsh iItaly – insurance broking -. This role allowed me to learn and appreciate the dynamics of a multinational company and expand my skills to the world of marketing. In Marsh I spent most of my time in adapting the international campaigns to the local needs in a consistent way, while giving to the sales network and local offices the right tools to navigate the market and strive.During my current experience in Arrow Global Group as Corporate Communication manager Italy, I currently manage the communication for four companies in Italy operating in the NPE sector, from fund management to asset management, from securitization to real estate. Here I have the chance to make the difference, raising the awareness of the brands, using all the comms channels, and keeping consistency with the HQ requests. I also belong to the sustainable committee of the Italian asset manager, Sagitta SGR, working to highlight the ESG initiatives already present in the group and suggesting new ones.I am registered as Publicist of the Italian Professional Rolls of Journalists; PoliMi Certified from ESG Analysis and Investing Program; Member of Ferpi, Federazione Relazioni Pubbliche Italiana.I am curious and passionate of my job, opened to new challenges and empathic.
