From October 2011 I'm working at Accenture S.p.A. as an Analyst. Specifically, I am part of a project development of systems for ENEL Energia.Within this project, I have performed the functional tests platform built on Oracle's CRM, in order to verify the proper interaction / integration between CRM and other systems involved in specific business processes. I have also participated in the drafting of documents for Functional Analysis of description of interventions aimed at improving and refining the CRM system in use at the Front End. Within this project, I have acquired various skills, including knowledge of language to perform sql queries to DB data extractions.Also at ENEL Energy, I followed a task involving the use of the Oracle UPK tool, which provides a collaborative development environment, which allows you to create complete documentation on the use of systems to refer to the entire life cycle of the project.The aim is to create a training catalog, accessible by the operators, that encourages knowledge of operational steps to be performed to start a particular business process.Now I'm involved in a project involving the divestment of some platforms in use within certain sales channels of ENEL, which will be replaced by technology "Cloud".
