I manage projects from a technical standpoint. I supervised the development, test phases and releases of a lot of app for international customers, as Sole 24 Ore, DeAgostini, Investor’s Business Daily, Impremedia publishing, Gruppo Editiorale l’Espresso, The walt Disney Company, Panini, Wehco Media Co. I make the project plan of development and releases according to the CTO and the customer needs. I coordinate the development team starting from the very first phases of projecting the digital solutions working together with the CTO. I drive the team during the development phases, constantly keeping the contact with the customer to check the development direction is fine from his point of view. I drive the tests phases guaranteeing the functionalities before the User Acceptance Tests with the customer. I keep the contact with the customer even after the golive of the solution to improve it as much as possible in according the feedbacks he receive from his readers.

EMEA coordinator for the launch of publishing applications for kids. I supported Countries in managing the front end and back-end systems from both technical and editorial standpoints. I was project manager and supervisor of external developers agencies to improve apps and iBooks with new features and bug fixings coming from Countries feedbacks.

I developed an intranet app for Mapei to manage the quality tests on their products.
