TASKS: English to Italian translation of different eBay listings.

TASKS: writing/editing articles for the online magazine of the company (automotive field), writing press releases, writing and/or translating texts (content for the website, for banners, online campaigns, projects, ...) from English/German to Italian, creating PowerPoint presentations for events, collaborating in a partnership project, using Excel for data processing and for creating graphs and charts, using CMS for content management.ACHIEVEMENTS: I developed my communication skills as part of a dynamic and young team in a very stimulating environment, and I learned a lot about web marketing, copwriting and online business.

I worked in the Marketing department of the online travel agency TravelTura, on behalf of the Web Development, Web Design & Web Marketing company Studio-Solution.com LTD.TASKS: updating and maintaining hotel landing pages through a CMS in order to increase the conversion rate, creating and proofreading promotional articles for the company blog, translating articles from English to Italian, from English to French and viceversa, undertaking revenue management tasks (updating hotel prices and availabilities in the database of the company), occasionally managing the Twitter and Facebook account of the company, occasionally collaborating with the CRM department (courtesy calls, emails to answer customers' requests, expecially with Italian customers).ACHIEVEMENTS: I worked in a multicultural environment, hence I had the opportunity to learn and to adapt to different working habits. Moreover my job involved a lot of collaboration and teamwork between different departments and between colleagues, so I acquired communication and organizational skills, but also problem solving skills. Moreover I had the opportunity to improve my English, both written and oral, and my written French.
