I am a recent graduate in International Cooperation and Human Rights, with a strong interest in topics related to social and environmental justice.My studies offered me a global perspective and allowed me to develop a solid theoretical foundation to orient myself in a complex and ever-evolving reality.In parallel, I also developed skills in the field of Project Management for non-profit organisations. In addition to attending a series of courses to learn the basics of Project Cycle Management, I was able to gain practical experience thanks to my Erasmus+ Traineeship at Alphabet Formation, a Brussels-based NGO which works on education and training projects, and a further internship at the Italian NGO WeWorld, aimed at writing my thesis. After this internship, I decided to apply for a Civil Service year at WeWorld, where I'm currently working as a Project Assistant at the Awareness & Domestic Programmes department.I am always keen to engage with people from different cultures and backgrounds, as demonstrated by my passion for foreign languages and my work experience in multicultural contexts. I am eager to commit myself personally to achieving a fairer and more inclusive society, and I firmly believe that this can only be done by starting with actions at the local level to produce tangible changes in territories and communities.
