CurrentAs Visual Display VD’s co-founder, I establish and manage client relationships from the get-go and throughout the process. I create the strategic document that precedes the development of every project, study and set the assignment contract, and manage the whole project and the people/companies - both internal and external - involved, guaranteeing to the clients an always high standard and performance. My specialization in marketing and management – applied particularly to the retail, hospitality, and workplace sectors –, together with the master's in coaching, ensures a practical and achievable vision of the initial idea, the shared definition of short-, medium-, and long-term goals, and comprehensive oversight of the execution stage regarding quality and costs, all with harmony and satisfaction.
