Proud to work at the University of Trento (in the the first 500 in the global ranking and 1st among the Italian ranked universities), the same where I graduated in Literature and Foreign Languages (English and French) many years ago...As soon as I started working at the University, in 2000, I had the chance to collaborate in the start-up of some special projects and prestigious international agreements (e.g. University of California, American University-Washington D.C., Fulbright Commission).In 2004, I contributed to the creation of a central Welcome Office, the first one of this kind in Italy at that time, which I had the honour to coordinate for 6 years. The big challenge was the setting up of a wide range of new services profiled on incoming students, PhD, post-doc: from administrative issues to multi-cultural and social events enhancing their integration.From 2010 to 2016, I worked at Job Guidance Office as an international internship advisor, trainer on CV, cover letter, job interview, Personal Branding. Since June 2016, ECB ambassador for internship positions and training courses for new graduates.Since 2017 I have been dealing with the following different areas: Trento Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence, Short-Term Programs, Double Degree programs, since a.y. 2019/20 some online extracurricular activities addressed to incoming students.
