ETJCA is a job agency with a turnover of around € 250 million, it has more than 60 branches and 300 employees: I autonomously managed the development of the new marketing and communication department. Following a start analysis of the company, writing the marketing and communication plan and a tender notice between different suppliers, my work was focused on coordination of the strategy with a cross-media approach:• CORPORATE IMAGE RESTYLING and marketing materials;• DIGITAL: restyling of the company website (www.etjca.it) and of a company partner’s one (www.job-solutions.it); coordination of web marketing activities (AdWords, Facebook Ads); creation and planning of digital contents, also for social media (LinkedIn and Facebook); social media management;• EVENTS: identification and planning of the company's attendance to B2C/B2B and local/national events;• PR: coordination and monitoring of the press office; coordination and creation of content for advertorials on national and local newspapers; support to the President during interviews;• INTERNAL COMMUNICATION: press review; development of the corporate intranet (based on Sharepoint platform) and creation of editorial content; coordination of branches’ furniture restyling;• ON-BOARDING TRAINING for new employees;• SPONSORSHIP AND CHARITY: coordination and monitoring of initiatives to support sports teams and donations.As the department coordinator, I planned the budget for all the areas of activity and, in agreement with the Quality & Privacy dpt., I wrote internal procedures, ensuring that the company's communication channels were compliant with the recent regulation.

For external communication and patient advocacy department, I supported the implementation of communication strategies, especially related to neuroscience, dermatology and ophthalmology. Activities: press review; development of communication plans and media relations activities; digital and traditional contents for internal and external communication; support for events planning.Starting in 2015, I supported the department director in order to manage her activities (eg agenda, expense reports, etc.) and the administrative flow of the office (eg freelance contracts and supplier orders).

Nerviano

As part of the new marketing and communication department, I followed the restyling of the corporate image and the launch of a new product, a 3D holographic projection system for events. I looked after: the market analysis in order to develop the launch strategy and identify the most appropriate communication channels; lead generation, also through the implementation of DEM and open day at the company; contents for traditional and digital communication channels, SEO optimized; PR for advertorials and advertising release on trade magazines; management of relations with suppliers; processing of commercial offers.
