I worked in the head office of Carluccio’s Limited as a member of the retail team. I managed international collectings and shippings of samples for new product lines from Italian suppliers as well as national shippings of promotional material for the stores. I was also responsible of contacting the Italian suppliers to receive updated product specifications, for the shippings of samples and also to organise training workshops for the employees of the company. I provided accurate translations of the product specifications which the suppliers provided in Italian. Moreover, I checked the consistency of labels in order to verify that they provided the same quantity and type of information. I also managed contacts with branches for situations of problem-solving and feedback. I also dealt with the distribution of rewards for the better-performing stores as well as with in-store marketing, participating to all the activities related to the Christmas period, which include the organisation of the display and the supply of promotional material for the stores. I collaborated in the PR activity and dealt with customer care and I participated in the creation of the new product campaign and in the organisation of press events for the introduction of the Christmas products.
