MY PROFILE (SHORTLY)I'm working as Project and Research Manager for the GeoDataLab Srls. I have 9-year experience in programming (Python, Javascript, React/Redux, PHP, NodeJS/ExpressJS...). I have been on different projects in the role of project manager, but I try not to abound the coding skill. Two years ago, we started a Research & Development unit in my company, and, with the rest of the team, we are investigating new fascinating boundaries.MY BACKGROUNDI've got both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Telecommunication Engineering with full marks. I conducted the research and made the prototype for my master's thesis at the Mobile Devices Laboratory (CTIF Department), Aalborg University (AAU), Denmark. The final project won an innovation competition and was published. I loved working with Prof. Fitzek and Gianpaolo Perrucci. After that, I discussed a doctoral thesis on the Internet of Things. Then, I started my career as a programmer, but research is still in my heart and is one of my attitudes. My professional experience in Belarus was great and gave me a lot.MY ATTITUDE I like to stay updated in code (new frameworks, libraries, patterns, and so on) and research trends, work in a team, and give birth to something new, functional, and beautiful. I believe communication is fundamental for teams, and there's always something to learn in this area. I love to share my ideas graphically (through videos, animations, and presentations). I don't have that much time to spend on this at the moment, but at least I'm having fun supervising the Marketing and Communication department of my company.
