At Expondo, I'm responsible for setting up the CRO strategy and roadmap for our ecommerce store in 18 countries. I use qualitative and quantitative data analyses that drive the A/B testing roadmap and translate these insights into optimization points that provide an uplift in conversion rate and deliver a more pleasant customer experience.

At Searchresult (now Springbok), I was responsible for implementing and improving the CRO strategy within the company and for clients. This consisted of determining long-term CRO and UX vision, goals and strategies. I ran A/B testing programs for clients like Dille & Kamille, Carpetright, Manutan and Art & Craft, and worked on website optimization projects for clients like Tele2, T-Mobile, Brabantia, NLZiet and BENU.The CRO & UX process consisted of a combination of qualitative and quantitative data analyses, which I translated into actionable optimization points that were put onto the A/B testing roadmap based on priority. I worked with tools like Google Analytics (and GTM), Hotjar, Google Optimize, VWO, Convert, Datastudio, Adobe XD and Lookback. Besides my work on website optimization, I was also responsible for educating others on the topics of CRO, UX and psychology, both within and outside the company. I gave several guest lectures, webinars and master classes.
