I developed a coacervate-filled lipid vesicle (LipCo) for proteins delivery with increased colloidalstability and long-term storage capability.I functionalized LipCo with various lipid formulations and validated LipCo in vivo behavior, includingbiodistribution and circulation half-life.I mentored three Ph.D. and three undergraduate students in experimental design, data collection, dataanalysis, and research presentation.I severed as a TA in Biomaterials: Foundations and Application in Medicine (Fall 2022): taught lectures, administered exams, graded assignment, and held office hours.Advisor: Dr. Yadong Wang

As a research assistant in Dr. Hsiung-Lin Tu's lab, I assisted in lab setup, equipment assembly, and protocol development.I designed and fabricated an actively controlled microfluidic chip to generate neural growth factor (NGF)gradient for the understanding of neural signaling and network.I established on-chip cell culture protocol with MATLAB assisted automation process.

As s research assistant in Dr. Tzu-Wei Wang's lab,I managed multiple projects and contributed to the revision of journal papers.I established a zebrafish brain injury model and studied the impact of an injectable nanopeptide hydrogelon nerve system regeneration through angiogenesis and neurogenesis.I participated in developing peptide based self-assembling nanoparticles for breast cancer therapy.• Involved Projects and publications:1.
