Blending strategy and execution, I lead day-to-day management of our sponsored events, including summits and smaller scale offerings. I oversee volunteers and grow membership in our flagship locations, collaborating with staff, volunteers, and interns to ensure both our partners and volunteers have a great experience and gain value from their attendance.

Building a best-in-class member experience as OIT aims to transform the tech industry to be more inclusive and representative of all queer and trans people. I support our volunteers, foster community at our events, and maintain the safe spaces OIT has built on- and offline. I also support the work OIT does to mentor LGBTQ+ youth, job seekers, and activists.
