I provide Computer/Network support to a large number of Medical Practices and similar offices. I maintain and build virtualization servers using Microsoft’s Hyper V and VMware ESX. I also do much more mundane task like remove viruses and setup workstations.

I provide Technical Support to our clients through email/phone/in-person. I currently hold Comptia Network+/Server+/Linux+ certifications. I troubleshoot all kinds of email/network/server related issues.

Repaired infected computers on a regular basis. Honed my skills in virus detection and removal. Performed minor board level repair.

I was co inventor for a force based touch-screen suspension system. My favourite contribution had to have been the revelation of "It shouldn't need to be calibrated". In addition I provided lab assistance got to learn more SMD soldering skills.

Was hired originally to work as a computer tech but was never moved to that department. They kept me in sales where I spent most of my time giving laymen suggestions in computer specs and performance tricks.
