In that course, she quickly distinguished herself because of the consistent quality of her work. Through my interactions it became clear that Chibin is gifted in a variety of areas. I was lucky that after she completed her MS (her second one, at that), Chibin was willing to help me with some of my work related to Diversity & Inclusion. She has been nothing short of exceptional. She is reliable, works quickly, is able to handle a variety of tasks, and is willing to do whatever is needed to help. Through our collaborations, I have had the pleasure of learning about her skills. Not too many people can boast two graduate degrees (one in Finance and one in Economics), and she has also passed all three levels of the CFA - an impressive accomplishment in and of itself.
