These include:- Finding opportunities for Kuoni to improve their customers experience through comprehensive understanding of their how their customers’ look for and book holidays.- Helping UK Radio Developments (UKRD) venture from a world of radio into the realms of digital through a strategic evaluation of their digital output and processes.- Giving the general public and health care professionals confidence in using safe and effective healthcare apps by working with Public Health England (PHE) to create a health app assessment process.- Improving the way Charities Aid Foundations (CAF) connect people to charities and vice versa through improvements to their digital products and services.I may also be found teaching user research at Webcredible, maintaining our user testing labs, dabbling in public speaking or exploring the potential of new and emerging technologies.
