The cluster is made up of 12 LGAs predominantly difficult terrains, creeks and marine.Daily reports to the Cluster lead and STO Lab through the Laboratory Specialist.Provides ESM ART services to facilities that contributes 80% of Current On ART.Monitors HTS services for new case finding.Provides ICT and PNS Services to index clients.Drives Viral load services for eligible clients across facilities and CAM teams through active folder audit and line list generation from updated RADET files to ensure that 95% of clients actively on treatment have a valid VL result.Promotes clients education on the essence of Viral Load Monitoring resulting to increased demand and Viral load Monitoring optimization.Provides onsite mentoring to Lab Focal Persons on specimen handling, management and storage to maintain integrity of samples.Integrates with the 3PL for NiSRN, Monitoring consistent sample transfer in cold-chain to the PCR lab for Viral Load Assay.Tracks Viral load result receipt while monitoring the turnaround time between sample collection, specimen pick up by riders, assay time at PCR, return of results to facility, documentation into lab tools and VL Monitoring register, Lamis and finally into client folder.Monitors documentation of VL results into the turnaround time registers and VL Monitoring registers within 24 hours of receipt.While ensuring virally unsuppressed results are entered into the Virology Failure registers and such clients are tracked back and provided with Enhanced Adherence Counseling (EAC) for 3 months with a Post EAC Viral Load assay to monitor suppression and direct further decision on client management.Monitors Viral load Coverage and Suppression rate across each facility and the cluster at large.Achievement: a.) Reduced turnaround time for Viral load results from 60days to 14days.b.) Increased Viral Load coverage.
