Growing up, I found myself actively involved in roles that had me taking notes or keeping records. I was the one in the team who had to support others and do the background work to ensure that work gets done. From taking up roles as financial secretary and general secretary in different associations and at different points in my life. I realized from taking up these background roles how much I'm needed when it comes to executing projects sucessfully.
