Research Internship at the Chair of Energy Economy and Application Technology. Worked on: Short-term electricity forecasting using the multiple-seasonal ARMA model. Validated the results of the ARMA model developed by Taylor et al in MATLAB by replicating the results using Python. Compared the resulting model with the performance of the double-seasonal Holt-Winters method developed by Taylor et al. and implemented by Hyndman in the forecasting package developed in R.
