I currently coordinate and lead a team of surveyors and data processors involved in the acquisition and processing of high quality airborne and marine hydrographic data. Optimum goal is to achieve High resolution bathymetric products from point clouds in line with IHO standards. My major tasks include the following:- Vessels and survey sensors inspection, project management and optimization of survey plans for vessels and airborne Lidar mapping- Examining and drafting out technical specifications for proposed survey equipment and survey projects- Trouble shooting problems associated with data quality, from the acquisition stage to the data processing stage (Hypack, Fledermaus, Hydro Fusion software)- Data processing and analysis using Caris Hips and Fledermaus software- Estimation of probable depths penetration of Lidar systems using computed sea water attenuation coefficients from bathymetric sonar and lidar datasets ( Excel, Fledermaus)_ Data quality control and creation of bathymetric grids for charting (Fledermaus Cross check utility, Caris Hips)- Lidar raw data processing and QC in Teledyne Czmil hydro fusion software and trajectory computations in pospac- Development and implementation of an HSE framework within the organization facilities and among field personnel
