• Ensure compliance of CSSS - IOGP - construction site safety standardisation procedures.• Ensure proper FPD (flawless project delivery) in all task in compliance to HSE best practices.• Monitor compliance implement health and safety regulations and provide review for continuous improvement.• Plan and implement Health and Safety aspects of project-related work, including allocation of personnel and resources to adequately handle projects and assist with regulatory compliance.• Schedules, coordinates and conducts project HSE audits and inspections in order to identify and assist in correcting unsafe and unhealthy work conditions or practices.• Compliance of Emergency response Intervention procedure.• Monitoring construction activities on site and conduct mechanical integrity, structural integrity and material inspection. • Ensure all incidents and near misses are investigated in accordance with client and company procedures, including root cause analyses where required.• Ensure proper compliance of permit to work procedures and compensatory measures.• Review of JSA plan and procedures.• Monitoring of critical activities like: lifting operations, confine space operation, work at height and overboard activities in the platform.• Close out of anomalies and follow up on HSE observation. • Plan, schedule and participate in incident investigations, hazard identification and risk analysis, safety inspections and safety audits of site and equipment. Monitor compliance implement health and safety regulations and provide review for continuous improvement.• Coordination of various drills i.e. muster drill, fire drill, medvac drill, spill drill on site.• Partake in emergency intervention rescue team (ERIT).• Fire fighting equipment’s inspection and audit.
