After spending several years at mechanical workshops, my time on the front line of project delivery began. Now for the next few years I am looking forward to new challenges and building our engineering capability for the future. I'm an advocate of agile and Lean practices and have recently helped design a toolbox around this concept. This enables us to work more efficiently with less risk and make faster decisions. It also allows us to be more cost effective in terms of managing resources and working more efficiently with clients.
