In my initial year in this annual 4 month long contract, I directed all aspects of festival-to-filmmaker communications, from introductions to complete itinerary development and execution. Managed a large amount of dynamic data and committed to highly responsive communication with all involved - all while ensuring my team executed with the very high levels of customer service that this calibre of event demanded. In the following subsequent years, managed VIP handling - from initial collaboration with attendees' and talents' agents and handlers, to on-site handling and security - all while being "face-forward" for the event and dealing directly with talent.2017 was a re-branding/re-envisioning one for the festival, and so it was a morning-to-evening operation, crossing several days and several events. Success could be measured by the multi-page spread in the Hollywood trade magazine, Variety Magazine, covering the event - a first for that publication. Show less
