  Accor Asia (167 room, 1 Restaurant, 1 Bar Resto, 4 meeting room, 1 Spv, 6 staff, 3 DW)• Responsible in ensuring the efficient operation of the hotel property and all its equipment, ancillary maintenance and repair services and protection of the Owner's asset.• Responsible for Structural aspects of the hotel as well as the maintenance of grounds and external facilities• Managing the engineering department operating in terms organization, maintenance and repair of hotel assets, planning preventive programs within the department, managing energy saving programs• Responsible for operating Safety and security Department• Incharge as Chief Safety and Security• Incharge as ERT Commander• Incharge as ALL Safe Officer• Monitoring, Operating, Maintaining all the equipment to surely all the equipment running normally and efficiently • Monitoring preventive maintenance for M/E, VRV, Water Heater, STP, Plumbing, Ventilating, PABX, MATV, Audio Visual Equipment, And Life and Safety Equipment• May be responsible for determining the security requirements necessary to ensure that hotel property, employees, guests and patrons are protected against theft, crime, and other hazards, and/or manage the relationship with a third party security firm contracted for such purposes• Monitor Energy Consumption, budget and control expenses within all areas of the department
