Supervising the warehouse team, determining daily and project based labor requirements, validating time sheets and processing payroll using JobStack.Directing staff in coordination with truck drivers to safely and properly load and unload various products and materials for shipment or storage, while ensuring compliance with all workplace safety standards.Streamlining shipping/receiving procedures and re-organizing 84,000 sq ft of inventory to maximize space and offer storage solutions for additional products and goods. By analyzing productivity and inventory control, I was able to recommend process improvements, and reduce labor costs by 30%.
