I have over 25 years of experience as a solutionist working in the roles of director, manager, leader, implementer, designer and developer as professional services consultant. I am interested in roles where I can apply my experience to deliver solutions with a broad impact. Some titles that are equivalent are CIO, CTO, Director of Enterprise Architecture and Senior Vice President Technology/Development. Other organizations may have someone title Senior Solutions Architect or Senior Director of Development. I am not concerned about the title as long as I am providing invaluable solutions as leader in technology and being properly compensated.I am terrible at most interviews. I find leading teams to user-centric solutions that improve business margins much more interesting than talking about my role in doing so. I do not remember past difficulties because if that were my focus, the weight of them would keep me from continuing to resolve them.
