This marks my 42nd year in Law Enforcement, with, over 21 years in the Homicide Unit with the Miami Police Department, I gained a vast amount of knowledge and experience in all aspects of death related investigations. Additionally, I was the supervising Detective Sergeant in nearly all the police officer related shootings and in-custody deaths involving Miami P.D. officer for many years. I ran the daily operation of the entire Police department; including HR, purchasing, training, investigations and all aspects of Administration.
