Het vaststellen van de ontwikkel behoefte van de bijstandsklant en vervolgens onderzoeken en opstarten van daarbij horende, gepaste re-integratievoorzieningen. Daarnaast kijk ik ook breder dan alleen werk en re-integratie. Wanneer ik constateer dat er ook nog andere hulp verlening nodig is zet ik dit op en hou ik regie over de verschillende betrokken hulp instanties en draag ik zorg dat de trajecten op elkaar zijn afgestemd (bijvoorbeeld maatschappelijk werk, schuldhulpverlening, GGZ trajecten etc). Ik voer het Bijstandsaanvraag gesprek en geef uitleg over rechten en plichten van de participatie wet. Ik monitor daarna de aanvraag en bied hulp waar nodig zodat de klant goed de aanvraag indient. Daarnaast geef ik de pilot inburgeringscursus Module Arbeid en Participatie aan statushouders. Deze heb ik ook mede door ontwikkeld.
